AN IN-DEPTH LOOK

Traditional manufacturing process is more unfriendly to the environment as it uses lots of petroleum resources & petrochemical technology.
Which means an estimate of 30% is energy usage and 60% of it is greenhouse gas emissions. Which is more than the manufacturing process of ECO • ACTIVA®.
Making ECO • ACTIVA® ideal for our clients who are seeking for more environmental friendly fabrics.
SUSTAINABILITY
HOVER HERE
Once the crops are harvested, the sugar and glucose are extracted from it, before the plant-based components goes under fermentation.
The fermentation process produces PDO ( 1,3-Propanediol ), which is extracted from renewable resources, such as corn sugar.
Which is then treated with TPA
( terephthalic acid ), a solution that creates the chemical bond. Thus, creating a revolutionary, high-performance polymer known as
PTT ( polytrimethylene terephthalate )

Polytrimethylene terephthalate ( PTT )

A polymer that is similar to polyester and has a structure that gives the fabric it's elasticity, softness and resilience. Distinguishing it from traditional polyester fabrics.
1,3-Propanediol
( PDO )
A key component that makes up a fraction of the polymer that is obtained from renewable plant sources like corn sugar. This reduces the use of fossil fuels and contributes to its eco-conscious profile.
